Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy for Private Energy Readings: All private readings are non-refundable after the session is complete. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, no refunds will be issued. If you arrive late, the session will be shortened, and your scheduled end time will remain unchanged. Missed appointments without prior notice may be forfeited without refund or rescheduling. If we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
